MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be in high school
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various conditions
Good communication skills
Ability to work alone with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.
Ability to learn and apply program rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Appreciation for and willingness to learn about the environment in and around their
community

BENEFITS:

Work outdoors!
Hours wage of $12.50 for a maximum of 28 hours/ week
State of Delaware casual seasonal positions
On-going Training and awareness activities in the parks and with outside partners
