Outcomes and Student Success

Academic, Career, Personal, and Social Success for Students

The mission of Jobs for Delaware Graduates is to help students achieve academic, career, personal, and social success. However, students who face significant barriers, often lack access to resources and opportunities that help build the skills critical to breaking the cycle of poverty and unemployment in underrepresented populations. Thus, JDG partners with the Department of Labor and the Board of Education to offer additional resources that increase their rate of success.
